Engagement Agreements
All consulting and management services require a formal engagement agreement prior to commencement. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in writing and must be agreed upon by both parties before any work begins.
Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, frameworks, deliverables, and documentation produced by Holliswood Enterprises during the course of an engagement remain the intellectual property of Holliswood Enterprises LLC unless otherwise stated in the engagement agreement. Clients are granted a license to use deliverables solely for the purposes outlined in their agreement.
Confidentiality
Holliswood Enterprises is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during the course of an engagement. We will not disclose proprietary business information to third parties without the client’s explicit written consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Holliswood Enterprises provides advisory and consulting services in good faith and based on professional expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial returns, or results. Holliswood Enterprises LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our recommendations.
Payment Terms
Payment terms and fee structures are defined within each individual engagement agreement. Failure to meet agreed payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the engagement agreement. Holliswood Enterprises reserves the right to discontinue services if a client breaches any terms of the engagement agreement or these Terms of Service.
